Shipping & Returns

Lead Times
Most orders ship within 48 hours. Orders with customized engraving, embroidery, or silk screening will take longer. Please allow up to three weeks for embroidered cloth bags, as well as approximately five business days for custom signs.

For specific information about your order, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 800.323.7556 and one of our representatives will be happy to inform you when your order is scheduled to ship. Please have your order confirmation number handy when you call.

Shipping Options
Block delivers to the nation using your choice of options:

• UPS Ground
• UPS Blue (second day service)
• UPS Red (next day service)

Confirmation of Shipment
We'll send an e-mail to you when your order ships. We'll include a UPS tracking number as well as the freight charges and any tax which might apply.

Shipping/Handling Charges
We calculate the weight of your order at the time of shipment and then bill your account or credit card. We do our best to tell you what the charges are as soon as we know them—your e-mail shipment confirmation will include freight and any applicable tax charges.

If you would like to know the shipping charges before your credit card or account is billed, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 800.323.7556 and one of our representatives will be happy to call you with an estimate. You'll need your order confirmation number, so please have it close at hand when you call.

Order Tracking
After you have checked out from the shopping cart, your order is processed for shipment. We'll send an e-mail confirmation of your order to let you know we've received it, and send another e-mail, complete with UPS tracking number, when your order ships.

If you have registered with the Block extranet, you'll be able to use "Order Tracker" to access the tracking number, too.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you buy from Block and Company, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 800.323.7556 or within 30 days, and one of our representatives will be happy to issue a full refund, credit, or replacement. The only exception we make is for "special order" or customized merchandise—fabricated, printed, or sewn exactly to your specifications.

If you wish to return an item, you will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number when you call. This number will help us process your return quickly. We will fax or e-mail an RGA number to you for inclusion with your shipment.

Return and exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you received an item in error, we will issue a UPS call tag for return of the item at our expense.
